Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
After payment is completed, it usually takes 1–2 business days for the tracking number to be generated. Once the tracking number is available, it will automatically be sent to you via email in your order receipt/confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery belongs to the shipping carrier.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Return & Refund Policy
After a package has been delivered and received, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photo evidence of the issue.
